Account security protects access. It does not prove character.
What passkeys may do
A passkey may help a user sign in securely using device-based authentication. This can reduce password risk and help protect the account from unauthorized access.
Biometric unlock
Fingerprint or face unlock is generally handled by the user's device or platform. Pherify should not claim that it stores fingerprint or Face ID data unless that is explicitly built, reviewed, and disclosed.
What account security does not prove
A secure login method does not prove that the user is honest, safe, legally verified, free from criminal history, financially reliable, or trustworthy in future behavior.
BETA security fallback
During BETA, Pherify may show fallback security states or manually enabled security access. Security access may protect the account, but it should not be counted as public proof unless clearly stated.
Public proof treatment
Public proof may show a safe account security status label if relevant. It should not expose device details, biometric data, security keys, private recovery details, or sensitive account security information.
Security rule
Secure access is not a safety guarantee.
Account protection matters, but it does not prove honesty, legal identity, or future behavior.
